ANAHEIM, California — It’s been over eight years since we last saw Will Turner rise from the sea in “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End,” and today (August 15), Disney announced that Turner would rise again in the fifth installment of the popular franchise, “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.”
Sean Bailey, President of Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Production, announced Orlando Bloom’s exciting return at Disney’s D23 fan expo. The news was followed by a surprise visit from Johnny Depp, who showed up on stage in character as Captain Jack Sparrow and threw grapes at the crowd.
In “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” Captain Jack Sparrow finds himself in quite a precarious spot when ghost pirates led by his old nemesis, Captain Salazar (Javier Bardem), escape from the Devil’s Triangle, determined to kill every pirate at sea… including him (and most likely the handsome captain of the Flying Dutchman).

Captain Jack’s only hope of survival lies in seeking out the legendary Trident of Poseidon, a powerful artifact that “bestows upon its possessor total control over the seas.”

Filming on the movie wrapped last week in Australia. Johnny Depp and Geoffry Rush are reprising their roles, alongside newcomers Kaya Scodelario and Javier Bardem.

After announcing Will Turner, Johnny came out dressed as Jack Sparrow. He was true to character, acting all drunk and throwing grapes at people in the audience. He even dissed himself, saying he is a Disney “lesion.” Just one day before, Johnny was honored as a Disney Legend. What a weekend it’s been for incredible Disney news!

The series got a huge potentials ,, the idea of the show isn't that genuine but the plot is tight and entangled properly and the script looked okay , had a couple of laughs and some giggles ... Owen Ellickson and Jonah Platt are a couple of young writers yet they had their share of writing some episodes on TV like The office and Family guy .. and i think with a full-on new show they will do just fine.

 As for the cast; Craig Robinson is a fine good funny actor but here i felt he faded away a bit in the comedy and added a touch of the romantic honest man ,,. to be more fair, the performance of Tim Bagley, Brandon T. Jackson and the kids Ethan Josh Lee and Dante Brown were much more funnier and engaging in the comedy script.Get it Download now and enjoy ..

Over the Hedge is based on a comic strip. I've never seen it, but I can only imagine that it would be just as good as the film, if not better. And while it's not an astonishment, I can say that Hedge is genuinely enjoyable, and great fun for everyone.

 R.J. (Bruce Willis) is a hungry raccoon, who just happens to make the mistake of his life when he tries to steal the huge supply of food that Vincent (Nick Nolte), a bear, has stored during his winter hibernation. Vincent is obviously upset, but he gives R.J. a week to collect all the food and everything that went with it, or he'll eat him. So as R.J. sets out, he comes across a new suburban area, filled with food and all of the things he needs. In the neighbouring forest, he finds a "family" of animals, lead by Verne the turtle (Garry Shandling). They are all searching for food as well, so R.J. helps teach them things about the human world that they are unaware of, and sets out to get the food he needs.

 Of course, this is the main premise of the film, but it takes a few turns as all animated films do. And like many animated films before it, it has a great message, and is great for kids and adults. The film is packed with light laughs for children, and then the even bigger laughs for the adults. At the heart of the film, it's all basically about the effects of living/creating suburbia, and abusing consumerism. While it only touches on being satirical in this sense, it does offer the usual pop culture references, and many others too. And luckily, it was saved from the obligatory song and dance number that plagues other animated films.

 The story is well written, but feels very brisk. It starts, it continues for a bit, and then it ends. It is not as short as some films, but you can't help but wonder what more could have been done if they had a little more running time. It is a much stronger film than other Dreamworks titles like Madagascar and Shark Tale, and really seems like it can stand next to the likes of Shrek 1 and 2.

 The voice acting is all top-notch, from Willis' take no-nonsense raccoon, to the sadly missed Shandling as a neurotic turtle. Steve Carrell also stands out as the absolutely insane Hammy the squirrel, as does William Shatner as Ozzie the possum. As I had read before seeing the film, Shatner does an absolutely fabulous job playing possum. I couldn't stop laughing any time his character did something, it's just that great. The rest of the voice cast, from Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara as parents of hedgehogs, to Wanda Sykes as a skunk, to Thomas Hayden Church as an exterminator, to Nick Nolte as Vincent the bear, all are great and well suited for their roles. They all have quite a bit of screen time, and none feel over-used at all (unlike Madagascar's blatant overuse of Ben Stiller and no one else). Of course, the random inclusion of Avril Lavinge as Shatner's daughter Heather was a little bizarre, you can see that she is at least making an attempt at voice acting here. Get donload and enjoy

I red one bad review and that guy was absolutely right about everything. Further more with an 8.8 it would have been released in theaters and thats not the case. Eric Roberts don't even has a name in this one so its probably a very small role but he is named as 1 of the main characters. And than Billy Blanks he basically never made anything above a C-movie. Saw one picture of a werewolf coming partially thru a human face and it looked absolutely fake. You wanna see a good angle on a werewolf movie watch "late phases" or even "wolf cop" and I'm sure you'll be entertained more. Its almost sad nothing can get above "an American werewolf in London" cause that was made without CGI and more than 25 years ago.

Oh dear, they did try, bless them. This film is so bad its actually funny. If it had been marketed as a satire of the warrior/action film genre and had thrown in a few Monty Pyton style gags, it might have even been a minor hit.

 By and large for me at least, the only way to watch this film from end to end is to treat it as a comedy of errors. Bad sets, bad costumes, hilarious fight scenes and generally chuckle worthy acting. Its the kind of production you might expect the Lower Putney Medieval Enactment Society to put on after a minor win at Lotto.

 My advice, watch this one when you have had a few beers and you are in the mood for a laugh. You wont be disappointed. One out of ten from me.

I remember when I first saw this film in theaters and the lights dimmed the first thought that ran through my head was "Here we go again" as I released an involuntary sigh of apathy. Somewhere along the line, before seeing this latest installment, I had decided to re-watch the original four films and realized that the character of Ethan Hunt really has no defining characteristics beyond just basically being Tom Cruise. This bothered me for some reason. Jason Bourne was a fully fleshed out character and even the new Bond films had added newer elements to give a traditionally stereotypical character more depth and complexity, but Ethan Hunt is just...bland. He has no personality. What seemed even stranger to me was the fact that Mission Impossible was supposed to revolve around a team, yet Tom Cruise is seemingly always the only one who ever does anything. So basically these films boil down to watching Tom Cruise perform his own stunts, which I will admit are extremely impressive, especially in this latest escapade. However the plots of all five films are basically nonsense to try and connect each elaborate stunt to the next. Then I realized that all 5 films have remarkably similar story lines as well. Tom Cruise has a mission, something goes wrong, he goes rouge, needs to find some kind of MacGuffin, the villain is some kind of terrorist arms dealer, insert random forgettable love interest here, big stunts, the end.

 that being said, the film's action scenes are amazing, and really make you question the sanity of Cruise, who needlessly continues to insist on doing all of his stunts. Basically it's another Tom Cruise Hollywood blockbuster, which at the end of the day made me finally realize, "Why was I ever expecting anything else in the first place?"
